The Livingstone Ariana Pillar (Tapered) Basin is a handcrafted stone composite basin for South African bathrooms where material quality and design precision both matter. Cast from a carefully blended mix of high-quality resin and natural stone, then hand-polished to a refined finish, it brings the same tactile quality and long-term durability to the vanity that Livingstone's freestanding baths are known for across South Africa.

Dimensions & Specifications

• Material: Stone composite (resin and natural stone blend)
• Finish: Hand-polished
• Brand: Livingstone Baths

Design & Material Benefits

Livingstone's stone composite material is non-porous, scratch resistant, UV stable and highly resistant to household chemicals. The dense cast construction retains a consistent, even surface quality across the full piece — without the risk of chips, crazing or discolouration that affects ceramic and vitreous china basins over time. The hand-polished finish gives the surface a rich, solid quality that is immediately noticeable.

Please Note

This is a pillar basin — it stands independently on a flat surface and requires no countertop installation. A compatible waste fitting and adequate floor clearance for waste pipework are required. Professional installation is recommended.

Installation & Care

Professional installation recommended. Ensure the mounting surface is level and can support the weight of a stone composite basin. A waste fitting is required and sold separately. Clean using a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and solvents. Minor surface marks can be repaired using a fine-grit automotive polish.
